It's possible
hint: you don't need Guilds
hint: you need six players
-
2P, Kingdom: Baker, Smithy, Coppersmith, Masquerade, Tournament, Shelters
P1 open Coppersmith/Smithy
P2 open Masquerade/ Tournament
T3:
P1 (Hand Necropolis, Smithy, Coppersmith, CC)
Play Necropolis, Smithy (draw CCC), Coppersmith.
Hand CCCCC, Buy Province.
Draw(reshuffle) Shelters*2 Province, CC
P2: (Hand Necropolis, Masquerade, Tournment, CC)
Play Necropolis, Masqurade(pass shelter get Province), tournament gain prize.

Replace Smithy with Watchtower and you don't even need Baker in the setup. (OP said: without Guilds)

Or open council room/copper.

So, with 6 players and using guilds, it is possible in turn 2 :)
Kingdom: Baker, Noble Brigand (NB), Stonemason (SM), Masquerade (M), Coppersmith (CS), Tournament (T). Shelter game.
Turn 1:
Everybody draws 5C.
P1 buys NB, everybody discards Ho&OE and gains C.
P2 buys NB, P3-P6 discard C&N. Draws NB in clean-up
P3 buys SM, gains 2 NB using Baker coin (note: NB is on-buy, not on-gain). Draws N, NB, NB in clean-up
P4 buys M, draws M, C in clean-up
P5 buys SM, gains CS + T. Draws T,CS,C,C,C in clean-up (9 cards in draw pile)
P6 buys M, draws M, N in clean-up
Turn 2:
P1 does nothing
P2 plays NB
P3 plays N, NB, NB (P5 has now 3 cards in his draw pile)
P4 plays M. P4 passes C to P5 who passes T to P6.
P5 plays CS, buys Province. Reshuffles and draws Province in clean-up.
P6 plays N, M (P5 passes Province), T, shows province, gains prize.
There is some room for improvement: Players 4 and 6 could spend 3 more coins in their first turn. I think it is possible to gain 2 prizes in turn 2, or to gain a prize in turn 2 with fewer players.

With Guilds cards and 2 players starting with Estates, it's possible in 3 turns without stupid moves:

-
2 players, starting with Estates. Noble Brigand, Baker, Stonemason, Tournament and Envoy in the kingdom:
Turn 1:
Player 1: Buy Noble Brigand. Flip 2x Estate. Player 2 gains Copper.
Player 2: 5 Coppers + Coin token - Buy Stonemason, gain Tournament and Envoy.
Turn 2:
Player 1: Do something.
Player 2: Hand: Estate, 2x Copper, Tournament, Envoy. Play Tournament, draw Copper. Play Envoy and reveal 5x Copper (draw 4, discard 1). Buy Province.
Deck: 2x Estate, Stonemason. Draw those, Tournament and Province.
Turn 3:
Player 1: Do something.
Player 2: Play Tournament, discard Province, gain Prize.
on turn 2, after playing tournament:
1 action, 1 buy, 1$
hand: estate, 3 copper, envoy
discard:
deck: 4 copper, 2 estate, stonemason.
So when you play envoy, you can't reveal 5 coppers. you reveal estate and 4 copper, and since opponent isn't stupid, he makes you discard copper. you have 7$, no province for you.

He gained an extra Copper from his opponent's Noble Brigand.

And non-solitaire puzzle solutions are usually predicated on the other player(s) helping you.

but the point of this solution was that it was without stupid moves.
but SCSN is right, I forgot he gained a copper from noble brigand. the solution works, barely.
