Hey everyone, I'm Archetype! I'm 15 years old and live in Idaho. My family owns Prosperity, Base, and Seaside and my favorite card is Count. I don't really play Dominion that often anymore, but I stick around for the Forum Games because the community really is as great as they tell you it is in the Introductions.
My dream job would be as a board game designer, but more realistically a Web Developer. My favorite board games are 7 Wonders, Resistance, and generally any Economic game. I also enjoy computer games like Civilization and Age of Empires. Other than games, I like origami, drawing, playing music, listening to music, and creative writing.

I got really into the pokemon trading card game back in the 90s, until the third set came out and I realized that it was going to become a neverending money sink and I backed off.

Definitely, and I still don't regret quitting. I get much more 'fun for my money' playing Dominion or another board game than with Pokemon. It's still a good game and IIRC the most popular CCG behind Magic, so people must like it enough to keep playing. Or they're so far invested that they'd lose money if they stopped. One of the two.

I used to play those a lot! But the newest one I own is Diamond. I did rent Black, and that was fun. I don't play competitively, just through the storyline.
