Title: Dark Ages playtest art
Post by: dougz on March 01, 2013, 12:13:20 am
Robz888 said (http://forum.dominionstrategy.com/index.php?topic=7109.msg200216#msg200216) he was curious to see the playtest art for Dark Ages (the ones that would be used on isotropic if it had Dark Ages), so I figured I'd make it a challenge.  Here they are in random order; see how many you can match with the cards.

Why had Storeroom the original image for playtesting?
If I'm not wrong it's the only one...

It was leftover Vault art. I knew I had to use it somewhere and there was no reason not to have it on the prototype. The same is true of Goons (Pawn) and Bazaar (Market) except there Doug replaced the prototype art.

50 - Probably Frazetta. Meh, too flashy for Frazetta, it's Boris Vallejo.

So I can be scared constantly?

No, thanks, if I want that I can just go into the town center with my mobile and wallet on show and walk around!

The Cultist on the left in that looks like Matt Damon.

The one in the middle looks like the 50/50 guy.  Inception guy.

Still going for the hard mode here:

Image 30 is a painting by Heronimus Bosch. Not one of his best IMO.  ::)

The first letter of every one of his posts should spell out what one of the card's does. That would also be a good teaser.
