This one is really bugging me for some reason. The big thing I can't figure out is what quality Herbalist has that puts it on the list but excludes Scheme.

Cards that "net" a change in progression through the cycling of your deck? Since Scheme offsets its topdeck with +1 card, but Herbalist does not. Maybe something along those lines.

Now I'm really confused... You say it has to do with the description of each card, but not the mechanic? What does "description" mean then? I assumed that it meant the text in the card's instructions, which is the mechanic. Do you mean the card image?

Whereas mechanics is what it does 'makes you draw a card', reduces cost'
