Title: Combo : beginne questions

Hi
I'm new to the game and there are still a few things I don't understand.

When a player plays a combo, can he accumulate the +coins or +action of several cards :

Example :

I play market (+1 Card; +1 Action; +1 Buy; +$1.) then I play market again :

Do I have then a +$2 bonus and +2 Buy bonus at the end of the action turn ?

Second question : when I get a +1 card from an action card, and if the card I pull is an action card can I use it immediately (given that the first card had a +1 Action)

I've read rules several times but I can't find the answer for that

Every new turn, you start with 1 action, 1 buy, and $0. You can think of:

1) $ available to spend on that turn
2) # of actions on that turn
3) # of buys on that turn

as three separate "pools" that you add to and take away from during your turn. When the action pool goes to zero, you can't play any more actions; when the buy pool goes to zero, you can't buy any more things.
