Anyone know when physical stores will have Dark Ages available to buy? I assume if I go into a store today it won't be there...

Amazon says September 1st, so I'm guessing about then for physical stores too.

I contacted CSI and they believe RGG is shipping to retailers on 8/22

It was supposed to be now but over at BGG Jay said it got delayed a week and expects it to start hitting stores on 22 and 23 (of august)

Not sure why they weren't affected by the shipping delay but my local game shop in Kitchener, ON had Dark Ages in stock on 8/17.

The store from which I ordered informed me that they will be receiving their shipment of DA this week. I hope I get my copy early next week.

I'm preordering mine from Starlit Citadel in Vancouver and they say they are expecting it to arrive August 30.

I just got a call from Uncle's games (Bellevue/Seattle) saying my copy is in. Yay! :)

According to an email response from Boards and Bits they received them 8/22 and are shipping them today (8/23).

It's in stock at Funagain games. My order has not shipped yet. Still will possibly be playing it on Saturday!

My order from CoolStuffInc is processed and ready to ship, although it looks like they're still listing it as a pre-order item in the actual online storefront.
CoolStuffInc is nice because they have generally low prices, as long as you order at least $100 worth of stuff and get free shipping. Not ideal if you don't want any other games, but they're selling Dark Ages for $29.49, although some sites seem to be selling it for even less.

One of my local game stores got it in yesterday. I couldn't start playing it until 11:30 PM, so my housemate and I ended up playing it until 2:30 AM. Man am I tired today. ;D

My FLGS didn't have it yet. I was about to order a copy online when I remembered an alternate FLGS. Called them up and they had gotten it yesterday. So I got my copy even sooner than I expected.

Time Warp Comics in Cedar Grove has it! I grabbed the first copy! Just finished playing a few games! What a great set of cards, though I found Wandering Mintrel to be a trap with no actions that give +$. It's never fun discarding your golds ;-(

My retail store got Dark Ages in yesterday, so I got to play last night. Wow—this set really changes the feel of the game.

Spent all week refreshing my local game store's website to see if they had it in stock, but it was in vain. Stopped by on the way home today since I was in the area, and they had it!
In sad but somewhat related news, the puppeteer behind the Count from Sesame Steet ("Count von Count" apparently) passed away today. I will be trashing my hand and saluting him.

In the end, I went to Orc's Nest and bought Puerto Rico. That's quite fun.

Got mine delivered Saterday. Really enjoying it, still feel like I have no clue what to do with most of the cards. But having lots of fun learning!
