Just the 10 (11 with bane) Kingdom piles, or all piles (I believe TR/KC allows for multiple Embargo Tokens?)? And is it a Province game or Colony?

Every kingdom pile in the supply. That does include C,S,G,E,D,P, and Curse. And no, it doesn't have to be a Colony game if you don't want it to be.

That's too bad. You can tell by my submission that there was nothing terribly fancy to my solution, and as I pointed out, I'm sure it could be improved upon.  :-\

Although, as I noted in my PM... Responses have been low (read: 1) for me as well so far...

I wonder if people are losing interest in Solo Challenges because there are so many now.

That sounds like Mafia talk...

But does it, as they say, "take one to know one" I wonder?    :P

Can one incriminate themselves from outside the game?

What? Cancel?! But I was going to win this one!  :)  Is it OK if I post my entry?

I really do think the lack of interest could be that most of these solutions boil down to KC-Governor-Bridge to do almost whatever you want in 8 or 9 turns.  More-constrained challenges are going to require more creative Kingdoms and play.  But it could also be that people are just over solo challenges for now.

Sure, go ahead and post. If it is better, than I will give you the points. I will be sure that my next challenge is more creative. ;)
Or maybe just ban Bridge and Governor...

Oops, I think I lost the game log.  But if you really only had one entry, then I think it was me because I PM'd it to you (just forgot to save to sent items).  I was the guy who forgot to include Young Witch but incidentally had Potions and you said it was OK since I also Embargo'd the Potions (instead of a Bane pile).

I guess I misscounted. Well, whoever comes up with a solution, feel free to send it...
...before I make one myself...

http://dominion.isotropic.org/gamelog/201205/11/game-20120511-074007-dc6537c1.html

This was my (Very) non-optimized solution that I sent in, although looking at it, I wasn't very awake when I ran the attempt... I completely left out Young Witch! X.x - Well, I embargo'd Province twice, which would've counted the Bane, so it still works.

But, as I said, I imagine it could be brought down to 10 without too much effort, if I focused more on buy order, and slipped Worker's Village (or Hamlet) in for +Buy

Also, I'll post up the results to the Governor's Ball a bit later, but I'm thinking for my next challenge I'm going to leave it open-ended: That is, everyone can feel free to post results straight to the thread, no deadline. I'll keep an updated list in the first post of best results. I think I'm going to stick to predefined boards (my first one was... but it wasn't required to use it) though, and see if I get more results.

Heh. I'll see if I can post the game log when I go home tonight.  It should be in my browser history if nothing else.

Here's game log I mentioned.  Embargo on all the supply piles in 8 Turns.  Potions instead of a Bane pile.

How did you find that! I thought Councilroom didn't log solitare games.

It doesn't.  But this game log is on Isotropic.  I had to dig it up from when I sent it to you.

More details: I use Ditto (http://ditto-cp.sourceforge.net/) to keep a searchable history of what I copy and paste.  I just found all the game logs I had put on my clipboard (when I sent it to you the first time) and went through them.  I probably could have used my browser history, too, but this was a narrower set of things to search.  Sorry that this isn't some special universal trick... :)
