Hey guys!
Playing the quarantine mafia last time I had an idea to have a video/voice call with you guys just to talk/share news/show off our cats/dogs and maybe even play Mafia if we're brave enough! :)
Is some time like Saturday convenient to you? About 12am UTC or around?

OMG I was just having exactly the same thought. Here's my concept: 2 Zooms and a Boom. I'm pretty sure you could run a game of 2 rooms and a Boom over Zoom using the breakout room feature, if we could get 6 or more people interested!

I've run a few Mafia games over Zoom with a few friends and its definitely possible/fun. Especially with utilizing the breakout rooms to allow Mafia to chat during the night phase :)
Card sharing and revealing might be hard, but might be doable using the chat function.
Would you have players formally announce when they want to card/color share with someone? I'm guessing so...I also wonder if you'd want to let players chat privately with each other too. IIRC when we use to run 2R1B on the forums many moons ago you could but had to announce you were doing so in the QTs or something.

My main criteria is that it's fun, my family will like it, and you don't need to signup or buy anything to play. I guess a few "make an account" websites are on the list, but that's nothing my mother will ever do, so I stopped searching those out.

I am like 75% asleep, but I wanted to tell you all something. I don't have a lot of friends IRL (I guess not more than one actually) and getting to know you all and having the time with you is really, very important to me. You are amazing.

Thanks for using LynchPool for this! Sorry that I mostly missed it, although it's great that you were able to use it without me (thanks in no small part to the testing and bugfixing done in the prior two Parties).

We had a problem with the mafia tab always being open to me, and then anyone who had mafia before. We played around it, though.
One other issue....when we were in a game, I didn’t have a moderator tab so I couldn’t random Lynch or end the game.

Yeah, I made some pretty big changes to thread access etc in the last update, but evidently didn't test them well enough due to RL busyness. Hopefully soon we can get Beta testing up and going so we find these things before they reach the main site.
