Y'all, I think we need to do another drunk mafia during this trying time. Not this weekend because, big holiday, but who's up for a week from today?
WCD? Galzria? raerae and shraeye?
Also, do we want to maybe do it on Jimmmmm's site, which is a little easier for realtime stuff?
UPDATE: The games will begin Friday, April 17 at 9 pm US Eastern Time/ Forum time. That’s 1 AM GMT, just to avoid any confusion. We will hold it in a party thread on Jim’s site (beta.lynchpool.com). If you do not have a key for Jim’s site and want to participate, ping him this week to get set up. Feel free to invite friends. Drinks and owl memes are bring-your-own.

I play boardgame, roll really badly in a DnD campaign, try to garden, read books, used to obsessively play forum mafia, watch the television series, cheer loudly at soccer games and manage a small clinical laboratory for the University of Utah Health system.

I have always been a fan of RSL. But the Pacific Northwest teams have been the ones I pay close attention to. Although, to be honest I am paying the most attention to the National Women's Soccer League now that Utah has a team.

Hi everyone!
Slight change of plans. I've opened the main site (www.lynchpool.com (http://www.lynchpool.com)) for this. Now anyone can create an account without having to ask me for a key. You'll just need to confirm your email address (you'll receive an email when you sign up; just click the link).
Also, even if you haven't created an account, you can still check it out (but obviously not post).
A couple of things to note about Party Mafia (aka Drunk Mafia):
The moderator (in this case joth) can also play. However even if he's playing, other players can still chat with him privately in their Help Thread (just click "Help" in the top navbar from an in-game page).
A single Party is intended to have multiple games. There is a single Party Thread (ie the main thread the games take place in), and also a single Mafia Thread. Everyone can access the Mafia thread at all times (so that you can still read prior games), but any posts for the game currently happening won't show up unless they're meant to. Obviously if you see something you're not supposed to see, let us know; but you shouldn't need to worry about it. shraeye mentioned that this was a big confusing and well I haven't done anything since then to clarify it. I think it should be fine once you get used to it.
If you come across any errors, let me know. Most of the time it's something small which can be fixed within a few minutes.
Anyway, thanks for using my site for this! Hopefully it works well for it! I'm excited for this and for transitioning to using the non-Beta version of the site. :)

Yep. Sorry for the hassle of having to create another account; it was always the plan to have a main site that was separate from the beta site.

If you aren't getting the letter, go to your profile and ask it to resend the email. I didn't get it on the first round, but did get it when I pressed "Resend". Already told Jimmmm aabout that possible issue.

Let me know if there are more setups you want to try. Probably nothing with rule changes, but any combo of roles that already exist. In fact, you can create a setup yourself and then I can add it to the Party roster.

Hopefully soon I'll very rarely need to hotfix things. I'll primarily do regular say fortnightly updates, and probably shut the site down for like an hour when I do so.
