On reddit.com/r/dominion Donald X. very casually mentions that an expansion is coming out next year, but I'm not seeing anything about it here. Am I looking in the wrong places, or has word not spread yet? If that's the latter, I love the nature of the announcement!

Whenever any player plays something that was laser-printed, instead of following its instructions they play the Scout randomizer, leaving in the box.

We are still on track for Q1. That's for the English version of course, I don't know about other ones.

Fun fact I've just worked out the hard way: the letter "a" appears somewhere or other in the card text of every kingdom Victory card thus far.
(And I mean in the name, types or main text; obviously they all have an "a" in "Illustration" and "Rio Grande".)

Oh boy, a new expansion and I've hardly played Renaissance! I'd better get to playing so there aren't two expansions I'm unfamiliar with.

I actually played a game with my uncle where we put out every victory card supply pile in the game (Dominion 1st Ed through Renaissance), no treasures, no actions (unless they were combined types like Action - Victory or Treasure - Victory). It was actually a pretty interesting game, some victory cards were clearly more advantageous to get than others. We did the same thing with the Treasures, was also a fun game with certain treasures being way more valuable than others. After we played the treasures game, we took out all of the treasures we used and played it again, it was a lot harder that time.
Anyway, the main thing we're hoping for in the new expansion is more projects. I wouldn't mind more heirlooms or night cards either.
