sorry if this isnt the right subforum for this, this seemed like the most likely place

was browsing fb and got an amazon sponsored ad for this:

is this RGG sanctioned? is there an english-language version?

Yes, it is. It’s from the German company ASS. There is no English version.

its also not worth it. only 2 promos in there a bunch of useless stuff like playmats (paper) and 60 coppers 30 of them shiny.

Yes, and sometimes it can be difficult to figure out the source for German card names:
