Dominion getting boring? Time to get creative! Let's come up with the perfect Dominion Drinking Game.
For example: Take a shot every time you dud. Take a shot every time jsh complains about Chariot Race.

I would play this with you. It would have to be streamed with commentary by jsh though. That we can listen to. On a chariot race board. Where we both only buy chariot race the first 5 turns.

Well, ehm, no.
However, I can see a pretty nice expansion theme here. However I myself can't even decide if "Tavern Witch" should let you yourself take the shot whilst you force everyone else to do it, so I'm not sure how it would work out..

rules clarification: If you pass out or are otherwise unable to play, you lose.

This is what I do already.

Example from recent game:
If your opponent gets Fortune from the Black Market deck on Turn 5, finish 2 drinks.

You guys are making it sound like a punishment, or something to do when you get depressed.
we're gamers. games should be fun and silly. we can do better than that.
Ideally, the conditions should be:
* things that happen with some regularity (but not all the time)
* have some level of excitement/satisfaction
"finish the drink" should trigger on things that are particularly satisfying.
For instance:
* take a drink when you draw your whole deck
* finish the drink on a turn when you play a card that you gained and then drew with overdraw

you cant just call "take a shot when someone opens X" a drinking game. i mean you are just having a limited number of shots every game and noone will get drunk.
Some other proposals:
drink a shot when...
- someone points out how unlucky he is.
- someone points out how lucky you are.
- you play an action card that results in you having 0 actions left (hard mode: add Villa or CotR)
- somone buys a province
- you gain a card your opponent gained in his last turn
- you discard more then 2 cards in cleanup
- you take X-VP from one of the Landmarks
your welcome.

Setup: Put a shot on each pile.
Whoever is the first to gain a card from a given pile drinks the shot first.
Winner gets all the remaining shots.

Buy a Wine Merchant, grab a wine glass!
Play a Wine Merchant, take a sip of wine!
Remove a Wine Merchant from your Tavern, fill up the glass!

At the end of the game, if you lose:
Take a shot for every scout you have in your deck.
Take two shots for every scout your opponent has in his deck.

Down a whole glass every time Scout draws a Vineyard.

When you pass cards with Masquerade, pass your drink too. If you played the Masquerade and choose to trash a card, drink.
