I live in DC normally, but I'm doing a whole lot of traveling these days... I take the train to NYC about once a week. Also, I'm visiting LA on Friday, September 8th until the following Wednesday or Thursday. Also also, I'm flying to San Francisco and staying in Berkeley September 24th through 27th.
In October I'm going to Harvard and possible Missouri, and maybe Austin, Texas?
These are all work/research trips and I won't have a ton of free time, but if any Forum Games folks live in these places, it would be nice to meet.

Oh wow. I guess I can pay you a visit in this case. It's like 5-7 hrs trip to the border from where i live :)

To be completely honest, if you're driving from Moscow, you'll have to drive up north quite a bit so even though Joensuu is technically less than an hour from the border, it's more like two and a half hours from where you'd actually cross it. But if you do actually want to come regardless, you're welcome to stay for the night at my apartment!
