How does the "Plus Something" token work with traveler cards? The instructions state they can only go on "Action Supply piles" and the upgrade cards specifically state that upgrades are NOT in the supply. So, can the token only work for the initial traveler? Is there any way for it to also affect the other upgrade actions?

The bonus only helps the initial Traveller, and there is no way for it to improve the actions you exchange for later.

Right. Peasant, Soldier, Fugitive, Disciple and Teacher are all in different piles, and only the first is actually in the Supply.
