Title: Semifinals!
Post by: drsteelhammer on November 07, 2016, 06:26:38 am
Bracket (http://challonge.com/fds_Championship16)

We're down to four!

Every one of the semifinalists had to go through a game seven at some point during their tournament run, yet they all made it here through five rounds:

SF1: Stef vs. jsh357

Even though we've seen lots of upsets in the tournament, two top seeds made it into the semifinal in the top half of the bracket. Please keep the rigging jokes surrounding this one to a minimum. Or don't, whatever.

SF2: michaeljb vs. ceviri (tailred)

Our second intercontinental battle probably surprises more people than the first one. Some big names were in their way, so this will  a very interesting match too see who will become our surprise finalist :)

Gl & hf to our participants, and have fun watching for everyone else who didn't quite make it here!

So Stef and Ceviri! Good luck!

Yes, I rigged the results so that Stef would win over jsh.

To satisfy my bureaucratic urges:

Stef 3.5-1.5 jsh

edit assemble_me: satisfied my bureaucratic urges and exchanged the commas with dots ;). Ugh, all those crazy Germans
