It's your action phase at the start of your turn.

It's your action phase at the start of your turn.
What if your hand has no Actions in it, and there are no Durations, etc? Does an Action phase instantenously happen and then end?

When Prince resolves, it's your Action phase, even if you have no cards in hand.

It can be your Action phase even if you have no Actions in hand; your Action phase ends when you say it does, not when you run out of Actions. Most of the time, though, there's no reason for you not to just end your Action phase right away(other than drawing out the game and angering your opponent), since you have nothing else to play.

If a Princed Crown could Throne Treasure, a Princed Crown could Throne as much Treasure as a Crown could Throne.

Not so! A Princed Crown could Throne but one Treasure if a Princed Crown could Throne Treasure, while a Crowned Crown could Throne two Treasures and a Crowned Crown can Throne Treasures.
