Title: Trying to find a Dominion Sumulator

It was not downloadable, but it had a function where you could plug in custom cards and I think it was written as a school project. It measured slowly the best strategy on any given board if I remember correctly. There was a website by some guy and he had a lot of projects on it, and that sim was one of them.
