Title: Tokens on Traveller piles

If a token is put on a traveller pile (Page or Peasant), do the upgraded versions (Warrior, Champion, Disciple, etc) also get the bonus?

Reason: The upgraded cards are not "from that pile". Rather, they are from special piles which are not in the supply. If a card allowed you to place a token on one of those, the bonus would apply, but as all cards and Events giving out tokens are restricted to supply piles, that can't happen, either.
