When searching for a game, a number of heads appear in the Making Fun client.  What card is the Frog in the Crown from?

It's not a card from Dominion.

The Frog is Prince in disguise. The Crown is meant to give it away.

I thought that was where the frog was from as well, but it's a different frog. Hm.
