Usually you keep a list of tagged players so you know who to send the speccy to, if you make a speccy.

It was supposed to be this ultra complicated affair, but I've decided recently for my sanity it will be a lot more simple. It'll basically be a simple game, if this thing even starts. I'm not even sure I want to do this right now (very busy), so I'm happy the can is being kicked down the road.
