Can't really see much, but if you go to http://www.dominion-welt.de/ ... well, see what you can see.
And Donald X is cool with it, before you start shaking your fingers at me.

Meaning, I didn't mind you linking to it. Because there's nothing I can do about it. So at some point someone would be linking to it.

Well, at least no one can read anything.

That's unfortunate..

That's unfortunate..
That you can't read it, or that it was posted? Guys, this isn't a full spoiler, not by a longshot. What it does show is so completely jpeg'd that you can't really tell anything important. It's really a teaser more than a spoiler.
-
jpeg'd gifs are the worst kind of gifs.
-
And what exactly are you talking about?
Because I can't see anything unusual there

I see three cards there. Half-Life 3 confirmed.

I can read a 2$ token, so i guess there will be a token that gives +2$

Ah, got it.
Adblock doesn't want me to see new cards before time :)
-
I'll call my friends at the CSI to use their absurdly effective zooming tools and reveal those cards.

It looks like there are negative signs~

as a german, when i combine the picture and the lenghth of the card name, its not hard to guess the names of the cards. They are
Erkenne HierLeiderAbsolut and Gar Nichts

Google translate is a wonderful thing :D

Both. I'm saddened Donald has to deal with this 'leak' and I am also saddened I cannot read it.
There is no actual card information to be gleaned here. However, you can look at the shiny trinkets and mats. :D
(http://i.imgur.com/YS4lp75.png)
You can see tokens that give +1 card, +$2 coins, etc.. I think we all knew about the existence of these already though. It's just cool to see them. The mats are color coded, and perhaps the tokens being color coded is having to do with player turn order.
The box art seems to be red, instead of grayish. My favorite color is red and this might be my favorite Dominion set (it has to beat Dark Ages).
All that being said, I wish this 'leak' never happened.
And seriously. I wanna buy this set already. :( Is there no pre-order?

Gibbs just called, claiming the first was "Amulet". Well, german for Amulet: "Amulett". I'm astounded as to all the things those CSI guys can do.
Edit: Should probably actually use spoilers.

We did know about those?

We knew there would be tokens. We knew there would be a player mat. We knew there would be player chits (the tokens?) in player colors (Donald may have only said this on BGG).

"Dominion: Fan Edition" officially announced!

"Dominion: Fan Edition" officially announced!
I believe it's a collection of fan-favorite cards; just stuff that's already in other sets.
-
I know - just got excited for a few seconds.
It still seems interesting as it is.

The middle card is clearly Gandalf cosplaying as Carmen Sandiego. Does German have a single word for that?
-
Also, I glean the information that one of the upgrading cards, possibly Page, gives you a card or something and $something, Amulett is a Duration that has three different effects (one of which is +$) and maybe you choose one, and Crossplay Gandalf is a Reserve card.

I Read a few reviews on amazon, and itseems to include nothing but Governer and Prince, and some half-heartedd "bonuses", like dividers for base cards. Apparently the quality is very low. There were only two or three reviews, so i might be going to conclusions too early, but those at least hated it.

It's Sandiegandalf in Bavaria, and Gandiego in the rest of Germany.

Wow! The one on the left is Hot Air Baloon!
So jsh was not joking all that time!
-
The one on the right is a traveller costing $2, so it has to be either page or peasant.
It gives +1 buy and some amount of coins, probably $1 so it's not strictly better than Woodcutter.
So from the effect and the image I'd guess it's page.
No idea why it has such a long name though.
Gandalf seems to be a reserve card that is a cantrip when played.
-
Donald having revealed Hero and me thinking he will not reveal more of these lines, my 'guess' (also regarding the 'high' letter - is there a term for this in English? - in the middle of the name) is, it could be Kleinbauer.
-
It looks like he/she has a scroll in hand to me.
Also, I think Donald didnt authorize this "reveal"
-
Does it just look like that to me, or does the German amulet have lines between the options?
-
Does it just look like that to me, or does the German amulet have lines between the options?
Sure looks that way to me. And a separate line for each "or".

The Germans do that with most of the choice cards, for some reason.
-
This 'leak' is cracking me up.
The bright side is I don't think it's even possible to guess what the center card does without seeing it. That's a really cool card, too.

No, there's usualyl just a new line for every option, which is not that stupid.

I dunno, aren't fedoras and trenchcoats kind of anachronistic for Dominion?

Dude, it's the 2010s. They're mandatory fashion in some places.

I have not seen the unblurred art, but that brim looks pretty wide for a fedora.

It looks like Wesley Crusher in a Starfleet uniform on the right. What's the German word for "brat"?

Balg, Gör or Quälgeist.

"Quälgeist" is seriously an actual word in German?

Um, yeah, why wouldn't it? There are more popular alternatives, but it's well known.

It's not worse than "Douchebag". That word doesn't make any sense, either.

It's more that it sounds funny. And has the German word for "ghost" in it. And has a Q.

-
So from the effect and the image I'd guess it's page.
No idea why it has such a long name though.
Well, a medieval page was essentially an apprentice squire, which was itself an apprentice knight.
So, whilst it is a short word in English, it actually encapsulates a pretty complex concept (a pre-apprentice knight).
What's the German word for "Douchebag"?
Google suggests "dummkopf", but I'm not quite sure that captures quite the correct meaning.
-

No... nor certainly the vulgarity level.
-
"Dummkopf" is not very close to douchebag. It solely attacks their intelligence and is quite innocent for an insult.
-
Okay let me rephrase. What do the Germans call Justin Bieber?
-

"Dummkopf" is basically equivalent to "dummy" in English. It's something a New England Republican dad would say to his kid when he screws up.
-
So there's a cantrip Reserve card, and at least one other of the exchange cycle cards gives the player Coin (one of the cycle starts)
I guess that's a thing.
-
Guide is a cantrip Reserve card.
-
Guide is a cantrip Reserve card.
Guide doesn't look like Gargamel.
-
I think it's quite fitting that "Gandalf" is a Reserve-Card.
"A wizard is never late, nor is he early, he arrives precisely when he means to."
