I was going to do this one.  Notably, the first time I saw Memento, I walked in while my roommate was watching it about halfway through and watched it to the end.  Then, later, I watched the entire thing.  So, I saw the  movie more in order than  most people.

In the Magnificent Seven, outlaws attack a peaceful Mexican village because there are a few gunfighters in town. More gunfighters show up, and one of the farmers joins them too, making their number up to seven. The bandits are driven off and the peasants pay the gunfighters to leave town. The farmers don't have much but it is enough to persuade the gunfighters to go.

If you watch American History X backwards, it's about a guy who goes to prison after a black kid kills his brother, so he turns into a racist Nazi skinhead.

In Total Recall, Arnie is a secret agent who uses alien machinery to create an atmosphere on Mars. This makes him an enemy of the governor who sends hit men to kill him. However he keeps seeing visions of a doctor who tells him he needs to swallow a 'pill' to return to reality. He therefore flies to earth in disguise and visits the doctor, but the treatment goes wrong and Arnie escapes. Reality has changed though and he finds himself married to a woman who had tried to kill him on Mars. She's cute though so he decides to forget everything and settle down to a new life as a miner.

The first time I saw this question, the example was Jaws.  If you watch Jaws backwards, it's about a shark that vomits out person after person until they all decide to open a beach.

I am +1 pretty much every post here for any media I've watched (or understand well enough).  No, I actually haven't watched Fight Club.

Indiana Jones (in general): a highly respected professor and archaelogist steals valuable treasures and artifacts, then goes to great lengths to hide them in various exotic locales and set up numerous dangerous traps to protect them.

The King's Speech: The king's brother gets a divorce, allowing him to take over the throne by some complicated legal shenanigans.  The former king is so flustered that he develops a speech impediment.

Gravity: a woman ascends into space where she meets a hansome middle-aged man.  Together, they construct a giant telescope out of clouds of debris orbiting the earth.

Romeo and Juliet: two teens wake up in bed together.  Juliet is holding a knife and Romeo's spits out a mouthful of poison.  They run away from each other, thoroughly distressed and confused, but they run into each other repeatedly even as they try to get some distance.  By the time they forget the whole ordeal, they've ignited a gigantic blood feud between their families.

The First Pokémon Movie: Mewtwo and his best pal Mew hold a kickass theme party where pokémon fight their clones. One trainer spoils the fun by locking the non-clones inside black pokéballs. Meanwhile, Mewtwo finds work with Team Rocket and begins to resent his old pal Mew, who left the party early. Mewtwo ends up saving one of Team Rocket's labs from a fire, then donates his body to the lab for science.

A man steps down from a car, and develops a limp as he approaches the police station, where he meets with an agitated police officer who just saw a drawing of his face. Once the police officer calms down, the man proceeds to tell the story of a mythical Turkish criminal mastermind, but he quickly transitions to a made up tale about his team of five overly violent criminals who forced other people to smuggle for them, up until the dissolution of the group. The erratic police officer then speaks to a Hungarian survivor of their first job, who has to remind him that the story was originally about the Turkish criminal mastermind.

The wheelchair-bound ex-captain of a controversial top-tier high school football team is backed over by an unwary driver, but the accident miraculous heals him.  The all-American player returns to the team, which continues to play admirably.  However, the team dynamic soon crumbles and friendships dissolve from racial tensions.  A tough training camp fails to revive the team's past camaraderie and all involved realize that integration was a bad idea all along. :(

Undead "monsters" have the power to bestow true human life upon other undead beings by regurgitating grey matter and human flesh.  These noble creatures shamble across a post-apocalyptic landscape, literally giving their all to restore the human race to its former glory.  Eventually, the last remaining zombies return themselves to the warmth of the earth to rest.  After some time they emerge from their slumber, reborn with a soul.  They reunite with their families in the happy ending.

I've always liked Phineas and Ferb, so here goes:

Local boys have mysterious inventions appear in their back yard after a kind pharmicist beams the inventions down to them, but after they let other people enjoy their inventions, they disassemble them for scrap metal, which makes their sister angry. After the man beams down the invention, a platypus is then captured, but always escapes by kicking down the man's front door. Then the platypus gets thanked for his work, reappears after the boys find out he's missing, and the boys then eat breakfast.

After being beckoned by his father, a young man uses mystical powers to ascend from a spaceship to a cloud city, a process that leaves him in deep disarray. His father reminds him of their family ties, which promptly calms him down; he then proceeds to graft an organic hand on his son's stump and unfreeze his closest friend. Then, in direct opposition with his orders, he gives control of the cloud city back to its inhabitants, and sends off the young man with his friends. Despite the show of goodwill, the young man and his friends, with a myriad other rebels helping them, brazenly decide to capture a frozen planet from the official government, establish a base, and go into hiding, much to the displeasure of the young man's father.

Also, the young man goes out of his way to drive a small green hermit living in a swamp into insanity. What a jerk.

Technically speaking, much of what I have here is not much of a spoiler for Guardians of the Galaxy, but there is a rather unexpected post-credit scene that I would not want to spoil for anyone.

A badass group of do-gooders/ne'er-do-wells steals a powerful artifact from the government and creates a mighty warrior out of nothing. After much mayhem, they decide in prison to go their separate ways and get into a fight once they're free. Starlord safeguards the infinity stone on a ruined planet. Meanwhile, the entire time, the comedic relief states, "Groot am I!"

Super secret spoiler:
...after an intro by Howard the Duck

Something like this?

A group of outlaws give an infinity stone to a fanatic. After deciding it causes conflict with his partner he decides to give it back. The outlaws fly all over the galaxy before deciding to split up and hide the stone on a deserted planet.

An insane Jack Nicholson is found frozen outside an old country hotel and undergoes a long thawing process of six months. The severe damage leaves him murderous insane, but a controversial therapy based on repetitive typing of meaningless sentences helps calm the insanities down to mild hallucinations, and, eventually, nothing worse than generic alcoholism and unpleasantness towards his wife and child with mildly violent undertones; rehabilitated, he moves back to the small town.

You didn't have the super-secret introduction, Smarty Pants.

Also, I have the memory of a gnat.

I forgot all about that. I have the memory of a short-lived bug.

With this concept, it's a wonder people get healthier in action movies. Guess it's because they get their "shots"( couldn't resist 8)).

It was a movie about American bombers in the Second World War and the gallant men who flew them. Seen backwards by Billy, the story went like this:

American planes, full of holes and wounded men and corpses took off backwards from an airfield in England. Over France a few German fighter plans flew at them backwards, sucked bullets and shell fragments from some of the planes and crewmen. They did the same for wrecked American bombers on the ground, and those planes flew up backwards to join the formation.

The formation flew backwards over a German city that was in flames. The bombers opened their bomb bay doors, exerted a miraculous magnetism which shrunk the fires, gathered them into cylindrical steel containers, and lifted the containers into the bellies of the planes. The containers were stored neatly in racks. The Germans below had miraculous devices of their own, which were long steel tubes. They used them to suck more fragments from the crewmen and planes. But there were still a few wounded Americans, though, and some of the bombers were in bad repair. Over France, though, German fighters came up again, made everything and everybody good as new.

When the bombers got back to their base, the steel cylinders were taken from the racks and shipped back to the United States of America, where factories were operating night and day, dismantling the cylinders, separating the dangerous contents into minerals. Touchingly, it was mainly women who did this work. The minerals were then shipped to specialists in remote areas. It was their business to put them into the ground, to hide them cleverly so they would never hurt anybody ever again.

The American fliers turned in their uniforms, became high school kids. And Hitler turned into a baby, Billy Pilgrim supposed. That wasn't in the movie. Billy was extrapolating. Everybody turned into a baby, and all humanity, without exception, conspired biologically to produce two perfect people named Adam and Eve, he supposed.

Earth gets destroyed, leaving Arthur Dent to drift aimlessly with Ford Prefect, Zaphod Beeblebrox, and Trillian in the Heart of Gold spaceship. Zaphod shoots Arthur and Ford into space, but some Vogons kindly pick them up and progressively soothe them through poetry. The trip was not without its tribulations, as Arthur loses the Babel fish in his ear, so now he cannot understand any language other than English. The Dentrassis discover the hitchhikers and teleport them to a new planet just created by the Vogons via tearing up the galactic bypass. Arthur throws up some beer and peanuts and then walks to a new house, built by Mr. Prosser, who is the ancestor of Genghis Khan. Zaphod also drops off Trillian, who then goes to change her name to Tricia McMillian. Humanity loses the use of digital watches, but that was all moot because then God erased his great message, "We apologise for the inconvenience

Any hospital show becomes a terrifying butcher shop. Frankenstein-style necromancy is common enough, but the true horror is when perfectly healthy people come in, are surgically disfigured, and then sent off to suffer in death ambulances. I guess the patients get paid for it at least...?
