Title: Is Governor available yet?

I looked on the BGG store last night and didn't see Governor available. Does anyone know when that card will be released (or if there's another place I should be watching)?

If you really want it, ebay has it for $12.50 (for reference, the other promos were all $5 when BGG sold them, or less if you bought them in package deals).
