That isn't spelled out like that in the Dominion rulebook - it says the less general "If an ability of a card affects multiple players, and the order matters, resolve that ability for each affected player in turn order, starting with the player whose turn it is." But the intention is that any timing conflict involving multiple players is resolved this way. I will try to include this in future rulebooks where it's relevant, but probably can't change the main set rulebook.
P1 and P2 and P3 plays a 3 players game.
P1 plays two Possessions.
In P2's first extra turn, P1 makes P2 play a Possession.
At the end of that turn, dose "timing conflict" happen?
If "timing conflict" happens, P2's turn starts.
If not, P3's turn do.

Hmm. So if the players are Alice, Bob, and Charlie, you could have a turn order of:
Alice
Bob (Possessed)
Charlie (Possessed)
Bob
Charlie (Possessed)
Alice (Possessed)
Bob (Possessed)
Charlie
That would be one full "round".

Sure, there is no scenario in which Alice could possess Charlie, nor in which Charlie could possess himself. If Charlie is possessed, it must be by Bob.

Right. I just found it visually easier to follow, even if it is implied without it.

I don't think the question has been answered. Both the turns waiting to happen (P2's turn and P3's turn) are Possession turn.
To answer the question, yes this is a "timing conflict". There are two turns happening at the same time. So P2's second turn being Possessed happens first, then P3's turn being Possessed.
