The button to quit comes up at the end of the game, you can just open another tab to start another game if you want to stick around in that one while dead.

Ah that sucks :( We have over 12k registered users so I guess that was going to happen eventually.

I like it, the default game is very difficult for scum to fakeclaim though and days seem way too short.
I thought the login screen was bugged for a while since I pressed ENTER after typing my password and nothing happened.
I'd like to have a lobby where I can find meet up with friends to play a game.

I wish you could ban leavers somehow.

Thanks Axxle for your feedback! The classic game is very much the "beginner" mode right now, we are going to relabel as such when we do our lobby rework. We are also going to lengthen the phases and have a "skip" button so if everyone alive wants to end the phase early, they can. The login screen will be redone as well before we officially launch, that is just something I threw together in an afternoon.
During the lobby rework we are going to add a friends list and let you invite friends to games, etc. I am glad that those are your only gripes because we are already planning on fixing all of that :)

We will also be implementing a reporting system alot like League of Legends has.

I have to say, despite how terrible town is to actually lynch someone (you need all the evidence), I'm addicted to the fast pacing.
edit: found bug where I couldn't vote for someone to be hung. Very frustrating.

Yeah, need more time on the voting.
And I didn't like how mafia is restricted to force only one player to perform the kill. Takes away the WIFOM aspect. Like I just played a game where I was roleblocked night1 and mafia was never able to perform a kill cause the roleblocker just kept blocking me over and over and over and my teammates couldn't perform the kill... I really dislike that.
Probably won't go back because of that fatal flaw if you ask me.

Like I just played a game where I was roleblocked night1 and mafia was never able to perform a kill cause the roleblocker just kept blocking me over and over and over and my teammates couldn't perform the kill... I really dislike that.

Usually there is a Godfather and a Mafioso (unless you do random mafia) and if you roleblock either the kill still goes through.

Sk and Arsonist aren't the only ones night immune. A survivor with a vest on shows as night immune as well as the Executioner. :) But I have something I want to update everyone one! We are now 103% funded! :D We will be doing a lot of awesome stuff in the coming weeks, including our video with Meg Turney and a friends list/lobby rework so you can play with your friends :) The Kickstarter ends in 60 hours and we have some pretty sweet stretch goals too.

Days are craaaazzzzy short; voting phase even more crazily short. I played as investigator, and between me and the claimed cop, we found all the bad dudes by night 2 (1SK, 2mafia...because 1 mafia quit). But there wasn't enough time to coordinate anything at all. The scum didn't even put up a defense. they just stayed silent and nobody ever got put on trial the entire game until it was a 2mafia vs. 1SK endgame.

yeah I think 1-2 minute(2) need to be added to discussion and voting phases and lose some of the lag time between flips where it is slow especially if three people die in a night.
Also towns never lynch anyone. Really frustrating. So many times I had "there is no evidence don't lynch anyone yet" argument that just ends up in me getting lynched for being too pushy. There is obviously a difference in priority between forum and this fast paced game. But it is fun and quick.

Yeah we will be extending the phase lengths soon, we want to add an option to skip the phase if everyone agrees when we do that though which isn't easy on the backend of things. :P
But! I wanted to update you guys:
We just put up a new stretch goal to immortalize the YouTubers (Minx, LordMinion, OhmWrecker, Meg Turney, EntoanThePack, TheTeshTube, dlive22891, Deafinition) who helped us out when we were just a starting out. They will all be getting in-game characters.

This is actually pretty fun! I don't like how the Arsonist target knows that they've been primed, how the Godfather MUST complete/control the kill, or the Mayor's triple vote (I think double vote would be alright). Day needs to be extended and Kill Result time needs to be decreased, but still a pretty nifty system.

I like that there's some indication that an Arsonist is in the game, but yeah it gives away slightly too much info.

It really ups the tension though doesn't it? It gives that person a timelimit to try and find the arsonist.

Quick update! We are now in the last 24 hours of the Kickstarter with hope of reaching even more stretch goals.
Meg Turney was nice enough to give us consent to sell her likeness in the shop so even if we don't hit the $20k stretch goal, you will be able to get a character based off of her
We will be doing an Ask Me Anything (AMA) at 6pm CST today (03/20) and will be streaming it live via twitch.tv. We will also upload it to youtube afterward.

I will say that I like being SK a lot more here than in forum mafia, it is quite a bit easier--but not too easy--to win. I think I have been SK 4 times and won twice and made it to the last night once. So pretty good, probably my favorite role.
I think Jailor might be a bit overpowered as he is essentially both a JK and a Vig--probably towns strongest role.

Yeah jailor is by far the strongest town role, we just put in a patch to make him unique so only 1 can be in a game. We didn't want to nerf him because hes so much fun so we thought this was the best solution. :)

There's a bug with mayor. I revealed the first day when people were going back into their houses. It didn't properly reveal and I didn't have the option to reveal at any point after that.

There is probably a timing issue there, your client thinks you revealed but the server refused the message because it got the reveal message when you arent supposed to be able to reveal.
