Title: Where in the forum is it ok to post futile attempts to find local f.dsers?

I can't remember where theory put his New York thread, but anyway, I don't really have a place in the forum I feel like I can put up a topic without being a clog/spammer

I think a "real life meetup" forum would be nice but I'm afraid it'll be just NYC and nowhere else?

A southeast meetup would be cool.  I'll be moving back there next March myself. (Augusta, GA)

posting about local cons and gaming clubs is a decent way to separate where people live too.

Someone could put together a google doc survey that requests zip codes and usernames.  I have some tools that can get the centroid of the zip codes and calculate everyone's closest gamers... but it requires people to actually sign up.

There's a slim chance I can meet jsh if I go to a smash tournament in Georgia.  But it's slim.
