Randomly started spectating a friend's Arena game and got to see one of the worst plays of all time:
Some rando, Priest, vs. our hero, Paladin
Rando is at 1 health and is losing on board with 10 mana.
Rando: Topdecks and plays Deathwing, proccing Dark Cultist for a 12/15 Deathwing on board
Hero: Plays Argent Squire, Unstable Ghoul, makes guy
Rando: Kills Unstable Ghoul, plays Deathlord, heals to 3
Hero: Plays Ancient Mage, makes guy
Rando: Clears board with minions, plays Leper Gnome, heals to 5
Hero: Plays Fen Creeper, makes guy
Rando: Plays Shadow Word: Pain on Fen Creeper, clears board, hits face with Deathwing (Hero now at 11 health), heals to 7
Hero: Plays Fel Reaver, makes guy
Rando: Plays Dancing Swords (hero discards Guardian of Kings, Sludge Belcher, Loot Hoarder to Fel Reaver), attacks Deathlord into Fel Reaver, summoning Lord of the Arena, attacks Deathwing into Lord of the Arena, heals to 9
Hero: Attacks with Fel Reaver and guy for 9 damage and exact lethal.
This is why you don't mess around with RNG-based BM.

I just DCed around a turn before I would have won. Reconnected just in time to see myself facing lethal next turn, but it's fine, I drew a taunt. I play a Gnomish Inventor first...
Then disconnect again. Only this time, it's not for an entire turn. It's just long enough for me to see the rope hit the end, and I reconnect right on my opponent's turn, which lets me watch the lethal that kills me.
It's not that special but I'm still disappointed enough to post about it.

I'm playing Rogue vs. Mage in casual mode for quests. I have the card advantage, a board position advantage (my opponent's board is empty), 18 health, and my opponent at 8 health. I play a Perdition Blade with the combo and target... myself.
A few turns and two topdecked Flamestrikes later, my opponent, who is now at 1 health, deals lethal damage.

I just lost to Force+Roar... from a Priest.

It's Best-Moment material for the other player. In fact, one of us in this forum posted about pulling it off.

I hate it when Sneed's Old Shredder gives my opponent a Kel'Thuzad. And then the Kel'Thuzad gives my opponent a Sneed's Old Shredder.

I got a Wisp from Unstable Portal. I played it with Duplicate out. I said "Whoops," telegraphing to my Mage opponent with 10 mana that my secret was Duplicate.
He traded with my Mechanical Yeti. All was well.

Why did you play the wisp then?

Because it was a mistake

Beast wasn't quite in his sights after all.

He's always got The Beast in his sights. He's an artifact from a time in closed beta where killing The Beast is what BGH mainly did and when BGH's design made sense.

I was playing Pally aggro against face Hunter. At the end of his turn, he had 10 health, the 4/4 taunt beast, and some other stuff. I had two 2/1s and a 1/1, and I had a Leeroy in my hand.
At the start of my turn, I drew a Blessing of Might and the game froze.

I'm 11 wins and 2 losses with a Shaman deck. Pretty excited as I have been here before with a Shaman only to be knocked out. Playing against a Warlock.
Turn 4:
Play Violet Teacher onto a board my opponent has just cleared. I have an Axe with two charges left.
His turn 4:
Plays Shredder.
I have two Lightning Bolts in my hand. Between these and my Teacher I'm going to remove this thing for free and have a nice big board. I get excited and misclick my hero portrait instead of the Lightning Bolt in the middle of my hand, sending my hero into his Shredder to take a completely pointless 4 damage to face. Fuck. Oops well I can still clear the board at least. 4 damage and a weapon charge hopefully won't matter. Lightning Bolt the Shredder.
It's a DOOMSAYER. FUUUUUUUU I could have killed it if I hadn't misclicked. I would have been left with a 3/5, 2 1/1s and 4 more life. Instead I get board wiped and lose the game because he gets to come back onto an empty board and takes tempo. If it had just been a Doomsayer I couldn't remove I would honestly not feel so bad about it, but the misclick just destroys me.
(This was the deck for those curious: http://www.heartharena.com/arena-run/6s5r0u)

I have trouble with Shaman too. I have a nice Bloodlust deck that can't cut it on ladder, so I only play it in casual when I want to complete a quest. I'll have Doomhammer equipped and want to finish my opponent with Rockbiter. But I always forget that it can be played on anything, so I end up throwing it onto the table and having it stick to something that's already attacked.

I was playing Warrior control against Demonlock. The opponent had a bunch of stuff on the board, including a Voidcaller. I had a Sylvanas in play and a Brawl in my hand. I played the Brawl, which essentially resulted in a 50% chance of winning the game for sure if Sylvanas steals the Mal'Ganis the opponent had in his hand and a 50% chance of losing it for sure if it steals whichever minion survives the Brawl. Originally, I started typing up this post in order to complain about my luck when Sylvanas gave me his Dire Wolf Alpha, but then I realized I could have just attacked the Voidcaller with Sylvanas first, which would have just left me with a random minion and him with nothing for sure, and probably won me the game, too. I guess you make your own Sylvanas luck.

So, Mage has a secret out.
I figure out that it is either effigy of duplicate. I have 5-6 guys out, he has maybe 1. I pass.
He plays a T4 or T5 Onyxia. Jeez. I think about Aldoring it and stuff, but I draw BGH and it's easy answer.
I BGH it. Before killing any of the 1/1s.
Effigy triggers, he gets Alex. Jeeeeeeeeeeeeeez.
I win in the end tho.

Turns out that Stonesplinter Trogg has text on it after all, who would have thought. Probably should have played that Avenge after trading my 3/3 with it. :-[
