Among Japanese players, "earning $10,000 RTA" is popular. Mr. yzx proposed this sport, followed by Mr. Cha-shu, and so on.

This time attack has a few rules.
1. Earn 10,000 coins in one turn.
2. Your opponent is a bot.
3. The timer starts clocking when you first play, or buy something, stops when you got 10,000 coins or more.
4. You have to win your opponent.
I'd like to propose a variant of this.
Rules:
1. Earn 1 Million coins on dominion.games or later online Dominion environments. You don't have to have 1 million coins, just have to "earn".
2. The number of players is any. Any player's coins can be summed.
3. Start the timer when you press "Start Game" button.
4. Stop it when you end your last turn.
5. All operations must be done manually; NO USE OF MACROS, ADD-ONS, AND SO ON.

So do you mean 10,000 or 1 million (1,000,000)?
-
Played around with this a little bit, I mean a million is maybe possible, but that doesn't sound fun to do, unless I am missing something obvious. 100k seems probably reachable in a reasonable amount of time.
Edit: just did 59k in the first real test

I intended 1,000,000, but yes, it may be boring. How about the regulations following?
1. Short Run: 10,000 with yzx's original rule
2. Middle Run: 100,000 with mine
3. Long Run: 1,000,000
-
So I made my first timed run and it was terrible, around double the time of the second video. I'm not good at speedrunning, I know that anyway. But it is also hard to not try to maximize coins, but rather time, especially as I tried to test earlier how high you can get in a reasonable amount of time. I recorded it, but I should probably optimize first.
Edit: ha and I just realized that I came up with basically the same kingdom independantly (I used the same kingdom cards, but used 2 more events)
-
It sounds like $10,000 is the more reasonable challenge.
Assertion: there is no non-pathological line of play on any kingdom that can reach $10,000 and not $1,000,000. In other words, $10,000 is high enough you can't reach it without going infinite, at which point going on to reach $1,000,000 is just a repetitive bore?

There is quite noticable difference in scaling as best solutions that work for 10k don't scale to one million.
For 10k you need something like kc, torturer, nv, lurker, ,villa , hermit, hop, mandarin, bank, gladiator. Use torturer to stop bot and you should get 10k with kc-madman-bank-hop-mandarin-villa trick. I don't see how to increase treasure values to million.
For million I would use kc-procession-champion-lurker to make each card give 5000 actions, then with infinite loop trick play 1000 actions, play diadem and fortune

you dont need to play with a bot, single player works much better

Solo play is acceptable.
