Title: Are Feasts the way to go here?

My opponent loaded up on Feasts, while I avoided them.  Was that the right play on this board?

Feast is what happens when you want $5 but only have $4.

Apothecary looks like a better strategy in this kingdom, though. You can probably build a pretty good engine with Herbalist, Stables, and Crossroads with Ghost Ship as the kicker. Apothecary is also a decent Ghost Ship counter.
