Likely GMT -7 during the spring/summer/early fall.  I (in Eastern time) am at -4 at such times, and I'm pretty sure the server runs on Pacific which is 3 hours off.

Thanks guys. So it is in the early morning for Germany, around 6-10 a.m. I guess.. have to look it up.

This is correct.  The server is in California.  GMT-8 during winter, GMT-7 in summer.
