Flavor:
The mafia faction will be called "city/cities", and the town faction will be called "town/towns" The city framers will be Seattle and Portland. The city traitor will be San Francisco. Town cops will be large towns (really they are small cities but whatever) in the Pacific Northwest region of the United States, including these six possibilities: Eugene, Salem, Spokane, Bend, Kennewick, and Redding. Each city will be given one of the three cop flavor names that is not randomly given to the three town cops. Vanilla townies will be given a random small town in the Pacific Northwest region; mafia will also be given a small town flavor name to be used as a vanilla town fakeclaim.
Mechanics:
Cops are not told their sanity and (added clarification) do not flip their sanity upon dying.
Traitor is told who are cities at the start of the game. Traitor is recruited if killed by the cities.
Traitor comes up as a town on cop investigations until they are recruited by a city kill.

City Framer:
You are [Seattle/Portland,] a city framer! Each night, you may visit one person. That player will investigate as a city for that night. In addition to framing, you and your fellow city framer may talk to each other in this QT at night, [link] and collectively determine your framing night actions and night kill there. If you kill the traitor at night, you recruit them onto your team.
You win when cities control the majority of living players or nothing can prevent that from happening.
City Traitor:
You are San Francisco, a city traitor! If the other cities kill you, you join the city quicktopic. Cops will investigate you as a town until you are recruited.

Town Cop:
You are [large town of the PNW], a town cop! Each night, you may investigate a player to learn whether their alignment is town or city. You do not know whether or not you are sane.
You win when all threats to the towns have been eliminated.
