This turned out quite interesting, fast and slim.
Turn one overpay for Doctor trash whatever is on top, use the coin from Baker...
turn two with a bit of luck draw doctor again to trash some more....

Resulting in a very thin deck with one or two plaza, two nobles , a few wishing wells, two golds, a harem/silver tribute and the doctor.
The Baker, the Masterpiece and the Advisor didnīt get touched. Gain coin tokens by discarding treasure cards for Plaza.
No extra buys in this Kingdom, racing for provinces, 8 money is all you need.
first game ending with 4 prov duchy 2 nobles and harem vs. 4 prov 3 nobles and estate - win
Second game ending in draw 4 prov + 2 nobles each.
The doctor works nice with wishing well, and the Tribute was interesting with the victory/treasure or victory/action cards. Thatīs also the reason not to buy harem in the second game, because it made Tribute too good.
With two/five you get wishing well(coin)/Doctor for 5.
With 5/2 start doctor for 6...
