Multiple uses of Arena at the start of a Buy phase

Can you discard multiple action cards at the start of your buy phase to get more VP, or is Arena's effect only once per buy phase?

Seprix:
It does not say 'once per turn', so I assume you can buy it as many times as you want, as long as you have the buys. If you have that many dead actions, cool.

Just once. Abilities of the form "when x happens do y" happen once per x.
