I know, but I want to have lower numbers. I would consider allying defensively, but my ability makes me not want offensive allies. Cayvie isn't ahead yet and we can always negotiate to keep her out of things if we feel the need to.

He would declare prior to cards being played. Most likely he CO'd his decision in his QT at the same time he choose his card. It's after allies, so he might as well declare the CO's together.

I have to make the call before the reveal.

Also my hand kinda sucks. I actually didn't realize until after that I could skip my second encounter. I should have read the script more carefully and skipped and then after that I should have planned to use the Wild on someone who said that they wanted to Negotiate so we could mutually try to improve each others hands or just exchange bases instead of trying to fight with someone on this second encounter. Oh well live and learn.
