I really don't want to spend money on Goko (yet), but I'm jonesing hard and sick of all Base Games.

I suppose until someone makes a decision for me (I know, pathetic, but now you know...so first come first serve), I'll just go hit a few more (awful) base games.

Do you have an Android phone?  Pick up Androminion before it's too late.  It might be too late already though.

Yeah, I've got AndroDominion, but it's not cutting it (and I'd guess will probably die soon-ish, too).

It might be too late for that.

I personally am taking the opportunity to take a break from Dominion, if/when I get the itch again (probably when Guilds comes out) I'll pony up the cash, but I would say that if you're not enjoying playing with just base, then don't play at all.

That's pretty over dramatic.  Why not just enjoy playing the game you just paid for?  I understand the whole voting with your wallet thing, but man, there are way scarier corporations out there than Goko.

Really, if the anger some of us are directing towards Goko were directed towards, say, Monsanto, the world would really be a better place for it.  Even just on the issue of intellectual property, Monsanto's crimes are way worse than having to "buy the same cards again".

I've started playing some games without having bought anything yet... just don't be the one to actually start any games. Look around for an open game; many of them will be with all the cards.
