Alright, let's see if I've got this. I'm not 100% on buildings, so hopefully this is resolved correctly. It might be something that requires me to wait for AHoppy.

Spend 1 Coal for 3 Energy.

You don't need energy to build buildings, but you have to pay 2 food to enter the construction firm.
Energy is only necessary when building ships at the wharf.

In your case, that means that you need 2Fish/2Wood/2Clay to build these buildings. Of course you may replace any of that Fish by Franc.

I interpreted the N on the Construction as meaning Energy. So 2 Energy. But Food is fine too.

I'll use 2 Francs.

Also, note to theorel: When you converted 1 franc to food, it doesn't actually get converted to food, you give it to Jorbles as payment for the entry fee.  So it's usually better to give them fish or something if you can for entry fees.  I know you couldn't this time, but it's just a heads up for the future.  At least, the way I think of it, you aren't really converting francs to food, you're more using francs instead of food... It's a subtle difference, and I don't know if it makes sense, but there it is.

Thanks, that's really good to know.  I was beginning to build a faulty model that one could gain straight food, but when paid for entry fees you literally gain the object that is worth 1 food, right?

Yep, you just gain the object.  It makes more sense in the physical game because you actually just hand them a fish or a franc or whatever.

couple quick things I noticed...
Building #13 (just under the clay mound) says its a wharf...should be black market right?

In the compendium: smokehouse says you get Smoked Fish + 0.5 fish, should be 0.5 francs, I think.

Feature added:
The resources sheet now gives you the total food you have (including ships, if you want, I can remove the ships from that total since it's already on the ships page) and it also gives you the total energy you have (including from wood).  Hopefully this is helpful
