Both. Scum busdriver could have done it with her, town redirector could have changed your targets, could have been a town busdriver. It's a bunch of WIFOM. I'm voting for her cause of my read from yesterday but i still need to reread.

It does not match what I recall from your day1 stances, and came in unexplained.  What's giving you that vibe?  VCA? reread? If you have a case, it does not seem like you're trying very hard to push it.
