I kinda want to try to make the spreadsheet able to update that automatically, but I couldn't think of an easy way to do it so I didn't try... Do either of you know how merged cells would be handled for counting up the number of spaces covered in a district?

In district 12 food is already provided by my farm in district 11. So you cannot build a garden there. Or at least it wouldn't do anything.
