We analyzing here could have been an attempt for him to write it from his perspective to get out of the PoE.

People could do it from their perspective as well. As long as they are in one of the reds it's more or less the same. If they're in both it's stronger for them. (Hey I think that's you.) Though being in both reds makes one more suspicious to the rest of us.
