My gut tells me scola is scum. Just purely mechanically, the radiation poisoning and the fact he didn't tell LL to pick him is pretty incriminating. It's unlikely, but it is possible that you need to be poisoned to do the faction kill. So I would really want to pressure scola into actually claiming things.

But I want to ask everyone instead: should scola claim his radiation action?

Well, if he's town, it should help him to claim. If he's scum, he might have a way to protect himself.

100% agree on the scummy scum LL and Dylan leaving deflated our day. When I was piddling around this afternoon I thought over no exile. I didn’t come to any good conclusions about that. I’m just feeling really sure that they are scum and most of us are not.

I had not thought much about Scola and the radiation poisoning, but that is interesting. I assume that if there is a town doc (but of don’t think LL is town…I need to keep working through that) that can cure it, there must be ways that town get poisoned.

As scum in that game I can confirm that strategy would've helped us quite a bit. But that's anecdotal.

I think LL is scummy because of how ash defended him D1, getting MiX to choose Kobol over the other XO, knowing that Kobol was a choice today (neither MiX nor I had said what XOs were discarded D2, and Jack only said D1 (I could wrong about that, but that is my sense), and his quick exit to Kobol without any discussion. If he had been town, he’d have been thinking about Scola needing a cure (the conversation a before he quickly volunteered).

I'm shutting down a specific discussion, where we are talking about how two players who are not here right now. There are like zero upsides to talking about them while we cannot exile them and they can't talk to us.

Nightmare for us probably. I think it would be difficult and awkward for us to still interact in game. I do look forward to that challenge one game, hopefully soon. But it's not this one.

I'm torn at the moment. I keep wavering on whether I think LL is scum. I think the initial post about wincon and no exile seemed townie. But some of the responses since then... not so much.

Personally, I'd love to vote for someone not helping us today (i.e. someone not actually posting much), but that would require a full swing of votes in the final 7 hours. But worse than that, it gives us nothing useful in the future. There would be almost no discussion or for/against.

I guess this means I support an exile of LL, since they are being partially scummy and it gives us the most interactions going forward.

I didn't realize how much math was waffling on LaLight.
