I just played a doctor who themed game on mafiascum.  Worst game ever.  We got down to 1 scum, 3 town, and all of us were lurkers.

I've (mostly) finished the roles for my Doctor Who game!

Here some info about it:
- 13 or 14 players needed
- Role Madness! Everyone has a power role! Some of these roles specific to the setup
- Flavor! The game is very flavorful! (though you don't have to have seen Doctor Who to play)
- Instead of Mafia having to kill all the Town members, they just have to kill 1, The Doctor. Well, kill him twice. When he dies the first time, his power and role name will 'regenerate' into another random Town member.

I will need someone experienced with Mafia to quickly look it over and deem the set up balanced. There is some wonky stuff in here.

Signups will be posted once Volt's game gets going.

Have one of the mafia be Amy.  She can be Pond Scum.   /rimshot

Boo I mentioned my BM game here first. I'm ready too, I just figured we'd get past the holiday weekend and get a bit deeper into Morgrim's game first though. It's more Bastard and less Role Madness, though, so maybe they're different enough to coexist.

Arch, if it's a BM (bastard) game, it's BM9.  If it's RMM (Role Madness), it's RMM8.  See here for the latest queue:

Oh, I guess it's 9. I thought Drunk Mafia was postponed to Winter Break. And besides, Dsell can go before me.

But what would you consider your game, Dsell? BM or RMM? I guess mine could be RMM (everyone does have a PR), but there may or may not be Millers, Cults, Suicidal, etc. But there is nothing hidden from the players, they know any side effects to their powers.

I put you as BMIX.  I think if the possibility of millers and cults exists, it's BM.

I've also got a Role Madness game in the works. I've got all the roles sorted out, I just need to write out all the flavor. Modding will be slightly difficult for me, but I'm willing to give it a go. I'm at my home computer (instead of my mobile) at least a BIT more frequently now than before the election.

I knew I wasn't crazy!  I had you on for RMM7, then just deleted it because I thought it was confused with the Cats game.  It's back on.  Do you have a theme/title?

It's not that, being NK'd isn't about who is allowed to play, mafia NK who they think is a pr or who was on to them or who is going to throw town the most for a loop. I always took being NK'd as a compliment even if it was frustrating. That said I'm at 12 games now and am now a leading survivor after being one of the favoured night 1 kills. So tough it out, it gets better.

I don't think you've been "punished" for that in any game besides the one in which you actually made the VT-claim.

The other mislynch you mentioned happened BEFORE that game, and was driven by - among other things - your own self-vote as part of an aggressive gambit. 

And the nightkill is a compliment, like Insom said.  I expect that if any of the scum in that game thought you would be "punished" there, they'd have left you alive as a likely mislynch.

I just had a really, really good idea (both flavor and mechanics) for a game, so put me down for... it looks like Mafia XX: Bankers Beware.

It's going to be really great, though obviously won't be starting for a long, long, long time, as there are several people ahead of me, which is fine.
