Given there's probably about 1 full turn left (maybe 2...1 person at 4 devs and 2 wonders left to be built), this should be finished before I head out of town on Thursday.  But if it isn't consider yourselves forewarned that I'm heading out of town Thursday.

Whoops, wrong word, right effect (none)

...spin-offs are still better for all of the previously cited reasons.
But not strictly better, because the spinoff can have a different cost than the expansion.

@chairs: you missed your goods from the skulls...you actually gained 2 wood, 2 stone and 1 of everything else.
So, you probably want to reconsider your development purchase.

Whooops!  Was pretty focused on my Mafia game's deadline.

6,6,6,5,2,1,1

8 x Food.  Feed Cities - Net 1 Food remains (up from 0).
Pestilence

2 x Wood (Total 2)
2 x Stone (Total 5)
1 x Clay (Total 1)
1 x Cloth (Total 1)
1 x Spears (Total 1)

12 x Coin.

Sell everything (30 + 6 + 3 + 4 + 5 = 48 Coin + 12 = 60 Total Coin).

Buy Empire.

okay i think I'm good with that.

Feed cities (have 2 food left), get 1 of every good and 2 of wood, sell everything but stone, buy engineering.

This is an important question: Do cities count for something at the end of the game? Like for points? This may change what I do.

cities, goods, and food do not count for anything.

(unless you get Empire, then you get 1 pt per city)

Theorel is on VLA until Monday.

No...buying developments happens after building.
