Claiming to need to eliminate all threats to the town sounds weird to me. There is no town! Lies?
We're technically town-aligned. The CTs are town aligned.

I mean, a Monster Hunter death is helpful, just to see the colored text from the mod.  The WWs have town-style wincons, but we are clearly "scum" in the sense that we don't have the word town in our roles and our text is red.

At this point, suiciding and taking out two more WWs may help the game end, which seems to be an impossible task.  Maybe that's the hidden wincon?  Figure out how to actually end a game with no clear wincons and people that keep coming back to life?  It's an endless game that we can't escape?

Flavor-wise, you want to kill us, I think.

What color is your role PM in?  Green?

In the sleepy little town of London (which is not in England nor in Ontario, it just happens to have the same name as those more famous cities, get over it), whispers are being whispered.  Rumours are being rumoured.  Troubles are being troubled getting troubling.  They say that there are monsters living here, possibly even masquerading as regular old townies!  Horror of horrors!

Note: the rumours are not clear if these "monsters" are just monstrous human criminals, or creatures of fang or claw or shuffling or ray gun or really, really foul-smelling cheese.  There is some debate.

Now, the town of London cannot allow this.  We have a reputation to uphold!  If our homes are filled with monsters (either literal or metaphorical), then how will we ever make it onto a real map (and one day: the Atlas)?  Our booming tourism industry will suffer terribly!

And so you are gathered, citizens of London, to suss out the riffraff and put them down.  Gently.  Fatally.

Monsters are red, townies are green.  I think those are the only two colors in the game.  So red needs to kill green and green needs to kill red.  Easier to think that way than to use flavor names.  (That is, WW wants to kill MH and CT and MH/CT want to kill WW gest confusing).

Two teams, made up of players with Red roles and Green roles.

Also, townies can "put them down" per the flavor, which is a euphemism for killing, which we use in the US for shooting a dog.

NKing WWs is pretty close to shooting a dog.

So, I think the real strategy comes down to this:

Fake claiming your color doesn't make any sense anymore.  Claim red or green.  Let's figure out the team numbers.

I think the Red team is probably bigger, given we have no NK.

I think it comes down to math at that point -- can we lynch enough greens to win before they NK us all?

My vengekill is the only kill we have?  Is that right?  If so, Greens won't lynch me, and it's probably easiest for Red to lynch me at mylo so that I can VK a green to win it for red.

For all intents and purposes we are scum.  I think the teams are even. we both have a NK (our vigging, and whoever killed axxle2). No cult. we're green.

Original Teams:

Red: ashersky, Archetype, Dsell, Eevee, Galzria, Jorbles, mcmcsalot, Morgrim7?
Green: Axxle, Axxle2, jotheonah, liopoil, mail-mi, Razzishi, Robz888, spiritbears

Teams Currently:

Red: ashersky, Archetype, Dsell, Eevee, Galzria, Jorbles, mcmcsalot, Morgrim7
Green: Axxle, Axxle2, jotheonah, liopoil, mail-mi, Razzishi, Robz888, spiritbears

So, in theory, not knowing what Morgrim was to begin with, we could have started out as 8 vs. 8.  We are now at 7 vs. 7.

We know someone on Red has the ability to kill (Axxle2 on N1) and someone on Green has the ability to kill (Jorbles on N2).  Green has claimed the Jorbles kill (although Galzria is suspect there).

Will someone please claim the Axxle2 kill?

Will Morgrim please confirm what color he was before he died and came back?

If we're at 7 vs. 7 now, and we both have NKs, I think this is a stalemate.  We all unvote and deadline it out, and we get a Happily Ever After double-win (or double-loss).

We can WIFOM with my VK, which happens when I'm killed, so since I don't have to publically announce when I change my target, they can't risk killing me, since if Green NKs me and I VK a Green, plus Red NKs Green, they lose parity and lose the game since we could then lynch.  But if you lynch me and I VK a green, parity is still there and we are still in HEA mode.

It's clearly unbreakable.  But it's worth trying to do something to get this game moving toward an end.

It has nothing to do with long days.  You weren't here for MXI.  Go and try to read that thread, which is like 150 pages long.  That's what I want to avoid.

In a game where none of us knows what it takes to win (or those with clear wincons aren't sharing), I can just see this game degenerating into MXI again.

CTs are 3rd party, Brownish?  They're Town in cop investigations, but that's the extent of their towniness outside of flip.  Mod says their red/green flip will depend on which is more interesting, but I'm wondering if that just depends on whether we're a WW or not (I would flip red, for instance).  None of them have claimed except me claiming who they are, but Axxle2 has died so you know at least the role is out there and have no information about it except that which I have provided to you.  And I could be lying completely because no one else in the CTs wants to stand up and confirm or deny it, but the mod could be lying too for all we know.

We probably have to kill off the entirety of the other factions in order to win.  CTs are the only one where is explicitly says this, but I'm thinking the initial setup was:

3 Town
5 CTs
8 WWs

Town has multiple power roles, including a NK, and know who each other is.  CTs have some slightly weak but potential powerful one-shots, but nothing to really influence the game besides their vote, and they know who each other are and have day chat.  WWs don't know who each other are for the most part and have a mixed bag of powers, some positive, some negative.  This looks fairly well balanced, but has no cause of death attached to Axxle2.  So I'm thinking one of the WWs is kinda a SK, maybe actually a Vampire but is monster-aligned.  (I'm thinking Jorbles died because he was a target of both night kills and had only one doctor save.)  This gives WWs a NK, but the killer doesn't have a clue who is on their team whereas Town at least knows 2 others they don't want to kill, and their kill might not even work against non-monsters.

What I think is fairly certain is that we need to lynch Town (Robz, liopoli, mail-mi).  They are the larger threat of the two to both CTs and WWs.  My vote is already on mail-mi, who has offered to be lynched.
