Title: Greatest Innovation moments 2013

The last turn. I start by screwing up and misreading Miniaturisation, oops. Then I decide I still don't have anything that's going to win me the game, I'll use Computers. I mean, what can go wrong, really? I don't have any of those dangerous Robotics, AI or Software, so I definitely can't get all three...

Oh, huh. Well guess my killer robots worked for me this time.

(Note: I didn't see this thread anywhere, but if I messed up and it exists, could you merge this post in theory?)

There is a similar thread, and the first post is -also- Software into Robotics into AI...

But is it Computers into Software into Robotics into AI but winning from score?

No.  When you said "Killer Robots worked for me this time" I assumed you won due to the effects of AI, and skimmed the log.

My flavor interpretation would be, you won just before the Killer Robots took over.

I used Tools to meld Compass. ksasaki shared Domestication and forced me to meld Ice Skates on top of it. Well, that could happen.

So I gave it a second try and got Feudalism, then I drew Engineering and melded it next turn. ksasaki played Domestication twice and made me meld Age 1 cards over both Age 3 cards ... Well...

For some reason I use Computers on a shared Self Service, even though all I had to do was use Flight, hope he didn't screw me on his second action, and then win on achievements next turn by melding Stem Cells, using Flight, and taking Wonder.

But instead I hit Globalization, managing to get two achievements and lose the game on the same (opponent's) action.

On my first turn, I figure that shared Metalworking is a good counter to Masonry. And it was - he didn't achieve Monument through Masonry, he achieved it through my shared Metalworking. In the end, he activates Computers into Robotics into Bioengineering and loses. What a strange game.

This turn 18 (http://innovation.isotropic.org/gamelog/201304/16/game-20130416-141148-d4ecba22.html) isn't really more than a single card functioning as intended, but it's fun to see it happen anyway.

Crazy Watermill. And two turns later, the cards I tucked also give me History, Supremacy, Heritage, and Wealth after splaying two colors (and no, I didn't even meld Email)
