This game was just weird. No gold and only 3 silvers bought the whole game:
http://councilroom.com/game?game_id=game-20111116-123447-f14eaed9.html Basically, the board had Border Villages with Cities. My opponent never even bought any silver, though we did use Royal Seal and Bank. I had three silvers. Mostly, we used Nomad Village, with Shanty town enabling that.
