I messaged Warrior about it.  He was just online, but is no longer on, so who knows.  If he doesn't post anything about it by the end of the day Qvist gave me permission (through PM) to assume captaincy of US team B.  (Zporiri you should be good, but AdamH is only getting in if he makes one of those Dominion Storage cases for me ;))  (but really, I will just take the top rated from the rankings with 2 alternates just in case something happens)
