I'm very sad to hear that I can't participate

But good I'm not the only 1.
I just have to look forward to the next competition instead.

The reason you chose to put France and Belgium together instead of the other countries with too few players is that they both had more than 1 player, right? I think it would be most fair if that team as much as possible consists of 2 from France and 2 from Belgium (and the last Frenchman as the 5th player).

Ahh! I just realised that I am away from the 25th -2nd (about) for a holiday... I might have to pull out, unless someone wants to substitute for me... we seem to have a few takers for the Aussie team. I am not sure if that is fair or how that would work out. Sorry about that. Hopefully it is ok, this competition looks really great.

Team leaders, please submit your teams to me unless already done (see spreadsheet to find your team members).
Please do this as fast as possible so that the matches can be planned (until Tuesday would be great).

Then everybody look in the "Dominion Team World Cup Group Phase" thread to find out against whom you'll play (will be posted shortly)
Game I has to played this week, game II next week and game III the week after. So you can already schedule both of your games.
As the first week is a little bit shorter, it's not so bad if you schedule your first game at the beginning of next week.
If someone can't play, please notify me and the team leader as fast as possible, so that a substitute can be found.

You can look forward to play in the DominionStrategy Championships instead. I grouped Belgium and France because they had 2 players or more each and they are neighbors.

Yepyep, makes sense. I figured I might be 4th based on average, even though by S.D is high because I haven't played much, but I'm still a little behind on that as well. So those picks seem pretty reasonable.

So the deadline is already done but it is still possible to join in? Really long time that I didn't play but I would really enjoy it I think.

Hey, Marin. I'm sorry to say that the signups are over. Allowing a strong player like you would screw the seeding and would be unfair to other countries.
I hope you can participate at the DominionStrategy Championships in January.
