I play on Chrome and I have the extension.  The extension only kicks in about 30-40% of the time.  I can't put my finger on what makes the difference between it working and not.  Thoughts?  Thanks.

This is a known bug, but unfortunately without known solution. More information can be found here:

(if you think you can add something useful, then please do! AI would be eternally grateful. Until it is fixed, we probably have to live with refreshing once or twice before playing)

I get the same bug sometimes. I use Chrome, and it is fixed by refreshing my browser from the login screen.

it usually works for me, but when it doesn't, this fixes it.
