I noticed because of the log you posted

At first I thought it might be a Bane card bug, but I investigated a bit and noticed it was always Tunnel, whether it was Bane or not.

I seem to recall Fool's Gold not having an associated background color in CouncilRoom logs, either. Not sure if that's been fixed.
