You might think "no" because a relation implies a connection to someone other than yourself.

But we can go back in time......

You (most likely) had 2 parents (barring scientific experiments), 4 grandparents (could be 2 of course, but let's keep it simple and straightforward), 8 great-grandparents, 16..., 32.. etc. So if we go n generations back, you will have had 2^n ancestors from that generation. If we go back far enough we can see that the number of "unique" ancestors more than exceeds the number of people on the planet at the time that generation was walking the planet pretty quickly.
